This one came in on the 8th March 2017, from a patient who began feeling unwell while waiting for an appointment in our practice.
Our thoughtful receptionist Lynne, came to the rescue, proving we not only take care of feet... we take care of people.

Words fail to express how much I appreciated your kindness and generosity today. No sooner had I started to feel slightly unwell, then you gave me your morning tea and the apple juice.
I am convinced that your prompt actions saved me from a hypo.
